NOTICE

This is to inform that the IRDA has constituted an Expert Committee to review the Regulations governing the licensing of brokers. The Committee has been constituted in the light of the experience of the IRDA during the past three years and for making such recommendations as considered necessary to strengthen the role of brokers. The Committee comprises: Sri G. K. Raman, Chairman, Sri G. V. Rao, Sri B. Chakrabarti, Sri S. V. Samanth and Sri M. Ramadoss as Members. The Committee is keen to have the benefit of the advice/views of the various stakeholders. We shall be glad to have the views in the form of a written presentation which may be sent to the Committee through Post / Email to the attention of the undersigned.
