We have been receiving applications under 'File & Use' in respect of the above. In such cases it has been informed earlier, in order to reduce the processing time at the Authority, that it is enough for the Appointed Actuary to furnish the following information:

  • Details of items needing modification in the previous application with relevant particulars to note down at a glance the modifications/changes effected.
  • Justification for upward/downward revision of the premium rates. This may be acted upon forthwith without further reminder.
