Sub: Cancellation of Circulars on Referral Arrangement Ref: 1) Circular No. IRDA/Cir/003/2003 dated 30.01.2003 and
Consequent to the notification of Gazette F.No. IRDA/Reg/1/51/2010 dated 1st July, 2010 regarding Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Sharing Of Database For Distribution Of Insurance Products) Regulations, 2010 it is hereby ordered that all the Circulars / Notifications / Guidelines / office orders etc issued by the Authority including the Circulars referred above with regard to Referral arrangement are withdrawn with immediate effect.
