With a view to collect information on the business generated through Bancassurance model and the payouts to the Bancassurance channel, the Authority prescribes the following formats:-
All insurers are hereby advised to furnish the information in the above
formats for the last seven half years (2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09 and
first half year of 2009-10) within 30 days from the date of issue of
this Circular. In future, the information in the aforesaid formats
should be submitted to the Authority on half yearly basis within 45 days
from the end of the half year (i.e. March 31, 2010 – by May 15, 2010).
