CIRCULAR To, All General Insurers In supercession of the Authority’s Circular Ref: 034/IRDA/De-Tariff/Dec– 06, dated 4 th December 2006 the Authority hereby prescribes the revised rates of premium as shown in the attached Schedule to this Circular for motor third party liability insurance. These rates shall come into force with effect from 1 st January 2007. This Circular as well as the enclosed schedule of premium rates shall be prominently displayed on the Notice Board of every underwriting office of the Insurer where it can be viewed by the public.
