Re: Doordarshan / AIR Programmes

As part of its Insurance Awareness Campaign the Authority as in recent past shall be conducting Phone n Programmes usually on the 4th Thursday of every month beginning from July'2003 from the following Doordarshan Kendras:
Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad Jullundur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Panjim, and Thiruvanathapuram

Similarly, All India Radio programmes would be broadcast on 4th Friday of every month beginning from July'2003 from the above mentioned centres .

The themes of the Phone-in programmes for Doordarshan as well as for All India Radio would be as under:

1) Surveyors and Loss Adjusters - July'2003
2) Ombudsman System - Aug'2003
3) Policyholders' Protection - I (LIFE) - Sept'2003
4) Policyholders' Protection - I (Non Life) - Oct'2003
5) Message to Insuring Public Rebating - Nov'2003
Etc.
6) Code of conduct of intermediaries -Dec'2003

For exact timings of the programmes you may get in touch with the in charge of Doordarshan / All India Radio in the respective kendras/ stations.
