To All the Insurers Dear Sir/Madam, Master Circular on Anti-Money Laundering Programme for Insurers ------- You are aware that the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Guidelines were notified by the IRDA on 31 st March, 2006 . Subsequently, a few circulars on the subject have been issued to all Insurance Companies. In order to ensure that all instructions relating to AML are at one place, a master circular has been prepared incorporating all the instructions issued by the Authority upto 31 st October 2008 and is being circulated for your information.
