With reference to the circular IRDA/NOT/F&A/067/Jan-05 dt.20th January 2005, regarding dispute on retirement of a partner of the firm empanelled with the Authority, ICAI vide their letter no.PD/IRDA/2004 dated 17th March, 2005 has intimated the Authority that in case of M/s Sri Ravi Varma & Co, New Delhi (FRN No.000859 N), the dispute no longer exists. |
