Sub: Integrated Grievances Management System – Short-listing of IT firms for the Technical Bidding (Phase-II)

The following IT firms have been short-listed for the Phase-II of IGMS tendering process.

4. Polaris Software.
5. Wipro
6. NSE IT
7. 3i-Infotech
8. Mahindra Satyam
9. Infosys Technologies Ltd.
10. Hexaware Technologies Ltd.
11. Mphasis Ltd.
12. Deloitte

The pre-bid meeting for the above IT firms shall be held at IRDA (Main Conference Hall) on 6th May 2010 at 3.00 PM .  The above Technical bidders are requested to send their questions by email to tender@irda.gov.in by 5th May 2010 . Any modifications of the Bidding Document, which may become necessary as a result of the Pre-Bid Conference, shall be made available in our website exclusively through an amendment/corrigendum .Non-attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference will not be a cause for disqualification of a Bidder. However, any issues raised by the bidders after the pre-bid conference can be rejected at the discretion of IRDA. The last date for submission of Technical Bid is 14-May-2010 by 3.00 PM
