IRDA seeks to rent premises of 20,000 to 25,000 Sq.ft in a suitable site within 2 Km from Nanakramguda Village for its Office. The premises must also provide adequate parking for about 100 vehicles and must be easily accessible for public and private conveyance. IRDA proposes a medium term lease of two years extendable for further period of one year. The premises must be secured and must be ready for fit-outs by December, 2008.
